Manufacturing Intelligence OS

Read the flow of the factory.
Reduce waste automatically.

Flowmatic connects CNC machining, cycle-time analysis, machine vision, AMR logistics and quality data into one operating flow. We turn fragmented tools and operator know-how into a modular, data-driven factory system.

Flow

The factory does not lack data. It lacks continuity.

Most factories already have machines, MES, SCADA, spreadsheets and experienced people. When those systems do not lead naturally to action, they increase cognitive load instead of reducing it.

Repeated CT measurement
Teams repeatedly time cycles by hand and rebuild the same bottleneck reports.
NC verification burden
Engineers must mentally trace motion, tool changes, indexing and rapid travel.
Disconnected production data
Quality, machine state, work history and logistics move in separate systems.
Dependence on a few experts
Problem-solving logic stays in individual memory instead of becoming a repeatable system.

Core Technology

Flowmatic captures factory events, structures them and connects analysis to the next action through a lightweight Factory OS architecture.

NC

NC Toolpath Intelligence

Parse G-code, visualize toolpaths, separate cutting and rapid motion, account for tool changes and compare motion against 3D models.

CT

Vision Cycle-Time Automation

Use video and object recognition to capture equipment events and convert them into Gantt charts, event logs and bottleneck evidence.

OS

Event-Based Factory OS

Normalize production, quality, equipment and logistics events so repeated decisions can be automated without replacing every existing system.

Solutions

Start with a module that solves an immediate factory problem, then connect the modules into a wider operating system. Click a solution to unfold its workflow, capabilities and media.

What it does

Flowmatic NC reads the program as an engineer would: motion, tool, feed, index angle, cumulative time and the relationship between code and geometry.

  • G00/G01/G02/G03 parsing and 3D path visualization
  • Cutting, rapid motion and tool-change CT breakdown
  • Tool, WCS and INDEX state tracking
  • STL/STEP-derived model overlay and motion review

What it does

Flowmatic CT recognizes defined equipment states from video, timestamps transitions and automatically creates the event structure required for line balancing.

  • Camera/MP4 input and ROI-based event recognition
  • Automatic start, end and duration event log
  • Gantt chart, Worst-3 and cycle comparison
  • Repeatable CT evidence for improvement reviews

What it targets

The goal is not to overbuild a premium vision cell. It is to make repeatable inspection available where manual inspection is expensive, inconsistent or difficult to record.

  • Borescope and USB-camera multi-capture workflow
  • Alignment correction for camera and fixture variation
  • Burr, chip residue and appearance anomaly screening
  • Inspection evidence linked to production events

What it targets

Instead of assigning one fixed automation unit to every line, Flowmatic AMR treats mobile robots as a shared production resource and dispatches them according to line demand.

  • Input magazine replenishment and finished-part removal
  • Shared dispatch across multiple production lines
  • AMR + cobot task orchestration
  • Expandable interface for inventory and vision events

How It Works

Do not merely store data. Convert it into a decision or action that the production team can use immediately.

1. Capture NC / Vision / Sensor / Manual events
2. Structure by cycle, tool, defect and event
3. Detect bottlenecks, waste and abnormal patterns
4. Output reports, alerts, recommendations and dispatch actions
Build a line that produces quality regardless of operator skill.

Flowmatic transfers repeatable cognitive work from experienced people into the system. People should spend their attention on improvement, judgment and design—not repeated checking and manual reporting.

From Tools to an Operating Flow

Each product solves a practical factory problem on its own. As the modules connect, Flowmatic evolves into a closed-loop operating system that observes, decides and acts.

Flowmatic Factory OS

NC, CT, vision, quality, material flow and reporting operate as one closed loop: observe, decide, act and learn.

Integrated vision
The value is not one more dashboard. It is the connection between tools. A detected event becomes analysis, analysis becomes a recommendation, and the recommendation becomes an action in the factory.
